Welcome to Enova VPN! These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our VPN services across Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS platforms. By accessing or using Enova VPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Enova VPN. By using Enova VPN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any other applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using our services.

License Grant

Exclusion of Damages
Enova VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service.
Liability Cap
In no event shall Enova VPN’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the service exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Enova VPN, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors,
employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or
violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of Enova VPN shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of The People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Arbitration will be conducted in Bangladesh, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
Enova VPN complies with applicable laws and regulations in the United States,
including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe. We are committed
to ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of privacy and data protection.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately
upon posting the updated terms on our website or within the app. Your continued use of the service following the posting of changes
constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Enova VPN at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct
that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
